The Sukhoi Superjet VIP SSJ 100/95 (Sukhoi Business Jet) is a representative of business aviation in the line of aircraft, designed and produced by SCAC with the participation of the Italian company Leonardo-Finmeccanica.
Thanks to new technologies, including state-of-the-art avionics, providing enhanced flight performance, it is capable of flying to any airport in the world under any weather conditions and has a range of 7,880 km with eight passengers, enabling flights from Singapore to Baku. The SBJ offers an increased level of environmental efficiency.
Powered by two SaM146 PowerJet turbofan engines, the SBJ features a Thales Avionics Suite, a range of 4,250 nautical miles (7,871 kilometers) in a VIP configuration with eight passengers, a high cruise speed of Mach 0.81, a takeoff weight of 109,019 lbs (49,450 kg), and a cabin height of nearly 7 feet (2.1 meters).

Interior and Cabin
SCAC offers the SBJ in VIP, Government and Corporate configurations, which vary in range and passenger configuration. Notably, the company advertises that the SBJ offers more space than its business class competitors. The VIP configuration includes a forward galley, lavatory, bar, VIP lavatory, lounge and conference room, private office, private bedroom and private lavatory.
The SBJ’s business configuration, made by Comlux Completion, a US-based VIP aircraft supplier, includes a VIP lounge with four passenger seats, a table and a sofa in the forward section, as well as an additional lavatory and a cloakroom. The second cabin has 15 business class seats in a 2-1 layout.
The first and second cabins were designed for business meetings. They were equipped with comfortable furniture, a modern multimedia system, desks and swivel chairs, which were folded out horizontally; almost all passengers in this configuration of the interior had the opportunity to rest lying down. The main passenger cabin was equipped with a full work and rest area, as well as a wardrobe. In the tail of the aircraft, just behind the main passenger cabin, there was a separate toilet. The service area included seats for two flight attendants, a canteen module with modern equipment, a toilet for the crew and attendants, as well as a wardrobe for storing passengers’ belongings.
